Curt Hefner

Curt brings 14 years of leasing and development experience to Hefner Properties. He has been involved in over 4 million square feet of industrial development and completed more than 12 million transactions. He began his career with Duke Realty Corporation and spent 9 years with the company. During his tenure, Curt was involved in over 4 million square feet of industrial development and completed more than 12 million square feet of lease transactions totaling more than $180 million. 

He was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list seven consecutive years, received the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Industrial Deal Award in 2009 & 2010 and was named to Duke Realty’s Masters Club which honors the company’s top ten percent of producers.
